Mode of operation
1. Step of placing garbage truck box
(1) after starting the car, hang the power take-off device, push the operating handle of the locking hook down to the retracted position, retract the locking oil cylinder, turn the locking frame down, release the locking frame from the garbage box body, lock and fix it with the attached frame, and release the handle to return it to the middle position;
(2) the operating handle of the pulling arm is pulled to an extended position, the oil cylinder of the pulling arm is extended, the movable pulling arm rotates around the front hinge shaft of the overturning frame, and the garbage box body overturns and falls obliquely along with the movable pulling arm; No one is allowed to stand at the rear of the car when placing the garbage box.
(3) After the pull-arm garbage truck is placed, adjust the position of the movable pull-arm hook and the box body hook to unhook it, push the pull-arm operating handle down to the falling position, retract the pull-arm oil cylinder, rotate the movable pull-arm around the front hinge axis of the overturning and overturning frame, put the movable pull-arm back on the attached truck frame, release the power take-off bin to place it, and the whole truck can be transported.
2. Pull up the garbage box of the garbage truck
(1) push the operating handle of the locking hook to the retracted position, retract the locking oil cylinder, retract the locking frame and lock and fix the turnover frame with the attached frame;
(2) pull the operating handle of the pulling arm to the extended position, the oil cylinder of the pulling arm extends out, the movable pulling arm rotates around the front hinge shaft of the overturning frame, the pulling arm is at the hook box position, and the height of the hook of the pulling arm is properly adjusted and aligned with the hook of the box body;
(3) when the pull arm hook is hooked to the box body hook, continue to push the pull arm operating handle to the falling position to enable the garbage box body to continue to get on the car;
(4) when the garbage truck box falls onto the attached frame, release the operating handle of the pull arm to return it to the middle position, then pull the operating handle of the locking hook to the locking position, and the locking oil cylinder extends out to turn up the locking frame, lock and fix the turning frame with the garbage box, and release the handle to return it to the middle position; Complete the loading of the garbage truck, loosen the power take-off, and the vehicle can be transported.
