Working process

(4) Operation process of loading and unloading truck
4.1, first of all, start the PLC power supply and turn on the computer. Open emergency shutoff valves for tanks requiring unloading fluid.

 4.2, then go to the field to open the nitrogen cylinder valve, then the emergency shut-off valve opens.

4.3 open the unloading pipeline valve and retain the tank valve for final control.

4.4. change the loading and unloading valve group to the compressor room. (note that the valve should be opened slowly when the valve is switched on and the compressor valve is opened. Because when the pressure is too high, the flow velocity is too fast, and the equipment is damaged.
If the pressure of the tank car is more than 0.3MPA above 0.3MPA, the compressor and the gas phase valve of the tank car start to open the compressor when the pressure is low or the flow rate is slow.

(5) Compressor operation flow
