The operation procedure of the storage tank
1.1Preparation for work
Check the liquid level, pressure and temperature of the liquid storage tank and fill in the itinerant inspection record. Confirm the use of liquefied petroleum gas pump or liquefied petroleum gas compressor running liquid.
1.2. Operation procedure for LPG pump entry
Open the valve of gas phase outlet of liquid storage tank to the gas phase pipeline of LPG tank car. The valve of liquid LPG tanker exported to LPG inlet pipeline is opened. The valve is opened to the liquid inlet pipeline of the liquid storage pump. Inform operator to start LPG pump.When the liquid level indication of the tanker is near zero, the operator will stop the pump when the liquid inlet is over. Turn off the gas and liquid valves mentioned above. Fill out the operating records according to the regulations.
1.3 The operation procedure of LPG gas compressor
Open the valve of the gas phase outlet of the liquid storage tank to the inlet pipe of the liquefied petroleum gas compressor, and open the valve of the LPG gas compressor outlet to the gas phase pipeline of the LPG tank car. 2. Open the liquid inlet of liquid storage tank to the liquid phase pipeline of LPG tank car. Inform operators to start the compressor so that LPG in the tank can be imported into the liquid storage tank. When the liquid level indication of the tanker is near zero, the operator will stop when the liquid inlet is over. Turn off the gas and liquid valves mentioned above. 2.1 Preparation for work

2.2 Operation procedure for LPG pump out of liquid
2.2.1 Liquid storage tank feed to filling gas cylinder
The gas pipeline valve of liquid storage tank to another tank is opened. Open the outlet of liquid storage tank to the inlet valve of LPG pump. The valve of the LPG pump is exported to the main pipe. Inform operator to start liquefied petroleum gas pump according to regulations. After filling the cylinder, notify operator to stop pump. Turn off the gas and liquid valves mentioned above. Fill out the operating records in accordance with the regulations
2.2.2 Liquid storage tank for liquid petroleum gas car tanker
Opening valve for gas phase outlet of liquid storage tank to LPG tank truck. Open the outlet of liquid storage tank to the inlet valve of LPG pump. Open the valve of the liquid phase pipeline from the oil liquefied gas pump outlet to the oil liquefied gas tanker truck. Inform operators to start liquefied petroleum gas pump and supply liquefied petroleum gas to LPG tank car. When the tank level reaches the highest permitted liquid level, the operator ends the pump and notifications the operator to stop the pump. Turn off the gas and liquid valves mentioned above. Fill out the operating records in accordance with the regulations
The safe operation of LPG storage tanks is mainly reflected in preventing the occurrence of supertemperature and overpressure in LPG storage tanks from the following aspects:
1. Prevent operating errors: the valve should be listed on the key operating device, and the valve opening and closing direction, opening and closing state and matters needing attention should be clearly marked or written on the card.
2. Prevent overloading: charge in strict accordance with the specified storage reserves. If overloading is found, try to extract it immediately; All instruments used for filling must be inspected regularly, and the level gauge must be washed regularly. If residual liquid is stored in the container, it shall be included in its charge quantity, and its weight shall not be ignored. Spray cooling should be carried out when ambient temperature rises.
To reduce leakage Operators who enter the storage tank area for filling, repairing and recovery of residual fluid should wear antistatic clothing and shoes. Tank operators conduct regular safety inspections of pressure, level, temperature, safety devices and main operating control valves in tanks. We will strictly implement the system of fire - starting maintenance. According to the temperature change of the storage tank in summer, the spray device should be opened in time.
